• Should you request that data held about you is deleted, it will be carried out as soon as possible after the request and no later than 30 days after.

Some data is not erased as part of a request. HM Revenue and Customs in the United Kingdom require that a minimum of five years of records after the 31st January submission deadline of the relevant tax year are stored. This means copies of any invoices issued within that period are retained. Invoices include your name & address. Invoices issued prior to the 1st April 2019 may also include your email address.
